Quintessential Equity is a business where we are heavily invested in managing our relationships. So, once we confirm that we are going ahead with property investment to buy and refurbish, we would invest our time and manpower on phone all our potential investors. Being a small team of four at the time, making individual phone calls and follow up calls were not sustainable, nor scalable.
